We offer customized six-month programs designed to put you on the path to a more balanced life. Every client is different, which is why all programs are goal-based. For the client looking to lose 25 pounds, the program will be more heavily focused on weight-loss. For the client running a marathon next fall, coaching on better exercise decisions is more appropriate.

Every JBS plan is based on our Why Matrix—an analysis of more than a dozen lifestyle areas that hones in on why certain goals are difficult to achieve. Why aren’t you motivated to exercise? Why don’t you select healthier options at the store? Why haven’t you been promoted? Your plan is then designed to help you understand those Whys and we’ll coach you on making the decisions needed to achieve your goals.

We’ll meet twice a month—these meetings are led by you as we review goal progression, resource needs, and strategies for success. We’ll create a meeting recap and personalized follow-up up after each meeting.
